My love for baking began when I was just 7 years old. I was happiest in the kitchen, measuring ingredients, experimenting with recipes, and discovering the joy of creating something from scratch. What started as a childhood passion quickly became my life's purpose.
At just 16 years old, I attended baking and pastry arts school, where I gained a deeper understanding of the science behind baking, the balance of flavor, and the artistry of presentation. It taught me that an unforgettable dessert isn't just about how it tastes, it's about how it makes you feel from the very first glance to the very last bite.
Today, I'm proud to be the owner of Baked Yazzy, a home bakery dedicated to crafting signature deep-dish cookies. Every batch is made by hand using premium ingredients, carefully tested recipes, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
